The crew leader will be responsible for executing seasonal clean ups and weekly mowing for residential and commercial customers. Will direct the work of 2–6 employees and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards.
The maintenance crew member will perform seasonal clean ups and weekly mowing for residential and commercial customers under the direction of a Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader. Work will be completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards.
On-call storm response, November through March.
Operate a Ford 350 truck with a Fisher V plow.
Weekly mowing routes and seasonal clean ups through the growing season, with snow operations through the winter.
Properly maintained trucks and machines, including Ford 350 plow trucks with Fisher V plows.
Residential and commercial properties across Southern New Hampshire — you are home at the end of the day.
One year of experience is suggested, not required. If you show up and work hard, we will teach you the rest.
